Nature of activities: Complete construction - The first stage (I) of the project Technomachprogress made a reconstruction of an existing two-storey building, a one-storey extension to it, vertical planning, parking and development of the landed property.The building covers the entire construction with a built-up area of ​​684 square meters, outdoor pools for mineral water and purification station, as well as fortification with gabions. In the second stage (II) of the project Technomachprogress extends the restaurant of the hotel, which consists in building a roofing slab to the existing building. In addition, a wooden shed over an existing terrace is built.
